Edith Coron is a senior executive coach, coach supervisor and facilitator. She brings to her work the scope and depth of more than thirty years of an exceptional global professional career, spanning four continents and stretching from her early years as a war correspondent in Central America to her certification as the first qualified coach supervisor in mainland China.
Edith works at the crossroads of business, people and organizational development, where global leadership is defined and implemented in the 21st century. She grounds her approach in the belief that individuals and groups are rich kaleidoscopes and that they operate in escalating complexity. She supports them as they develop authentic leadership that drives business results. Her systemic approach allows her to bring into the conversation the individual, the team, the organization, and the broader context. She is both an engaging public speaker and an author. Her book China Blend: The Cultural Hybrids Bridging the World was published in French in October 2015.
Edith is trained and certified as a coaching supervisor by the UK based Coaching Supervision Academy. A Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, she heads the ICF-France committee on Coaching and Artificial Intelligence. She is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC). She is a graduate of the Presencing Institute – Theory-U lab. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Dijon-France and studied at the Journalism School of Columbia, Missouri, USA.
