Christoph Herold is Chief Development Officer at CBTL GmbH, a leading e-learning provider, where he is responsible for developing and driving business strategy and the development and design of core e-learning products.

He has a wealth of expertise in leadership development, training, coaching and digital learning from over a 15-year career in L&D leadership roles. He has significant experience in the management and design of learning; with an emphasis on efficiency, productivity, and business impact and results.

Prior to his current position, he held several L&D leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb. In this capacity, he also consulted with executives, managers, and performance improvement teams to diagnose, plan, and implement training interventions that facilitated organization change.

He holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford,  and Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. He’s a Certified Learning Technology Expert, Certified Business Coach, certified to administer the Hogan API, HDS and MVPI assessment suite, certified facilitator for the Persolog (formerly DISC) personality model, and certified in the Lominger Leadership Architect Suite

At CEDEP, Christoph leverages his rich experience in leadership development and digital learning to co-direct the online Mastering Business Excellence programme (MBE LiVE).
