Valérie Leyldé is Executive Vice President in charge of Human Resources, Communications and CSR for bioMérieux.  She has been appointed in this role in 2019.

Valérie started her career in organization and management consulting with Orgaconseil. After seven years in consulting, she joined Brake France Service, a distributor of food products for the catering industry, as Human Resources Manager and then Director of Human Resources.

Valérie joined bioMérieux in 2007, where she held successive leadership roles in their Corporate HR Department including Vice-President Human Resources, Commercial Operations & for Industrial Microbiology.

In 2013, she was appointed as VP Human Resources, Communication & Customer Excellence for Mérieux NutriSciences, a subsidiary of Institut Mérieux.

Valérie brings to the Board a wealth of experience in HR, commercial operations and management in the diagnostic life sciences, food and pharma sectors.

She has also been a Board member of ERAS Ingénierie before its acquisition by Engie.

Valérie holds a Master of Science from HEC School of Management (Paris) and a degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po Paris. Valérie was appointed to the CEDEP board in 2021.
